Terms & Conditions

• • The package is valid for 35 days
• • This package can be shared (FAMILY only)
• • The video call readings will be conducted over video calls
• • No cancellations accepted
• • Rescheduling is allowed up to one time if informed 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment
• • No refunds
• • In case of an emergency, the reader can reschedule the reading
• • In case of a no-show, no rescheduling or refunds will be offered
• • For 30-minute and 60-minute sessions, a grace period of 10 minutes will be allowed. Arrivals beyond this time will result in the session being forfeited.
• • For 15-minute session, a grace period of 5 minutes will be allowed. Arrivals beyond this time will result in the session being forfeited.
• • Sessions will conclude at the originally scheduled end time. No extensions, additional time, or compensatory time will be provided for late arrivals under any circumstances.
